Delivery time?

Orders are made to order. Estimated delivery is 10–14 business days from the order date, including production and transit time.  

How are the artworks packaged?

Rolled paintings are packed carefully in a strong paper tube, Framed paintings are packed carefully in a quality wooden box.

Who takes care of the delivery?

Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as FedEx or DHL.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently offer free standard shipping to addresses within the United States, excluding P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories.  

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on all our products.

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Absolutely! Cozyin Art insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

Can I get artworks delivered to a different country or to a different person?

We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it’s a surprise or a present, let us know!
